All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Miami, where we formulate and distribute our entire line. Each product is handled with the highest attention to quality and detail.

Vipbionatural.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise. Free shipping is available to all U.S. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. International orders handled through eBay over $350 qualify for free shipping.

You will receive an email from as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. For orders placed on Thursday with USPS 2 Day shipping, your package will arrive on the following Tuesday, as this service does not include weekend delivery.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
